Believe it or not YOU are the creator of Everything in your life. YES, that means YOU created your fat (and of course your F.A.T.!).
What’s exciting is that this means that YOU are the only one who can learn exactly how to create something different! Perhaps if you chose to learn how to love yourself thin and appreciate your body then you might like that!
But again, it all comes back to YOU. Only YOU can choose to be grateful for your body, to appreciate your body, and to do that right now.

The more we focus on what it’s doing right, we can get away from the negativity we send our bodies when thinking thoughts of dissatisfaction with our weight. Building up your “love store” and appreciation for your body will lead to natural motivation to eat better and exercise….why wouldn’t you want to be good to your best friend, your body?
