On March 07 2007 JoLynn launched her mind-body weight loss website The Fit Shack which today is the website Fearless Fat Loss you are reading now.
JoLynn decided to launch her mind-body weight loss business initially with the intention to “spread the word” about the confusing ingredients in processed foods.
Fearless Fat Loss has continued to evolve just like the author and Body Transformation Expert, JoLynn Braley, has continued to evolve.
Since she began this site back in 2007, JoLynn has experienced continued, positive growth and change in mind, body, and spirit and has created some massive, positive shifts for herself.
One of those shifts is that she has moved beyond pushing against food and is now focused on outcome. The outcome of a fit, healthy, sexy body created through a healthy, loving relationship with food, body, mind, and spirit.
Therefore Fearless Fat Loss’s archives contains over 600 articles that JoLynn has personally written and they serve as a documentation of the journey she has gone through – a journey through pushing against food to end up in a space where food is not the issue. It never has been and it never will be.
Food is not the reason you are overweight. It is not the core of the issue; however when you go to the core and create lasting transformation for yourself, the outcome is struggle-free weight loss. Actually, JoLynn has had clients share that their weight loss is a side benefit of the major life transformation they experience when working with her and transforming the core of the issue.
How do you get there? It all begins on the inside and it is a process, a step-by-step process that while that does contain far too much information to cover on this page, there is a first step you can take immediately, and it’s free for you (and since there is too much information to possibly put on this page, I’ll give you the most important points here and will let you know at the end of this page where you can find out more about the other steps.)

The truth is that you could continue to force yourself to diet and exercise for the rest of your life but until you become an inner match to the outer self you wish to create, it will always be a struggle. Ever heard of the “battle of the bulge”?
Life is not meant to be a struggle and your body is a HUGE part of your life – how can it NOT be, you take it with you everywhere! When you match up on the inside with the fit, healthy, sexy body you wish to create on the outside, the physical action you take to create that outcome becomes struggle-free. It’s Fun, which is key because you cannot enjoy the outcome to a journey you do not enjoy – it defies Universal Law (Abraham-Hicks).
So, even though you will find articles in the archives here at Fearless Fat Loss that are focused on food and seem to “make food the problem”, those articles are a part of JoLynn’s journey, and It’s All Good Stuff.
If she had not gone through the process of analyzing processed foods and struggling with her own food and weight issues then she would not be the powerful Body Transformation Expert she is today. She would not understand her clients who come to her who are ready to release the struggle they are in with food and their weight, the same struggle she used to be in.
Just like illegal drugs don’t need to be analyzed and focused on in order to have no desire to go near them, processed foods, sweets, “junk foods”, etc. will be on the store shelves and at the fast food drive through at any time, however when you change your inner self (your thoughts, beliefs, and vibrational set point), then you don’t even notice those foods. You are instead pulled towards the foods that you believe will create a fit, healthy, sexy body for yourself and it becomes struggle-free.
Fearless Fat Loss is focused on conscious fitness, which still includes the topic of the body (having knowledge of what you are putting into your body, making conscious healthy choices instead of choosing toxic foods), as well as the mind (you must change your thoughts if you truly desire long term success with weight maintenance), and the spirit (you are a spiritual being living in a physical body – how could you possibly leave this piece of the puzzle out?).

JoLynn has been mentoring and guiding others towards healthy weight loss since 2004 when she dropped 43.5 pounds through healthy physical action steps. While she kept that weight off for over a year she regained about 25 of those pounds and additionally, it was not always easy for her to get the weight off – it wasn’t super fun for her, and she often had to struggle to take action. What she learned from that experience was that she had not taken the steps to make the inner changes that are essential in order to have lasting success with your relationship with food and your weight.
JoLynn learned that you can take physical action forever and ever but until you change how you think, believe, what you expect and what you believe you deserve for yourself, it doesn’t matter which diet or exercise program you follow – nothing will last long term because the inner and the outer always match.
Conversely, when you get your “inner you” in alignment (congruent with the body you wish to create), it becomes easy and effortless to take the necessary healthy actions to lose the weight and get fit. And then it doesn’t matter which healthy plan you follow! On the other hand, you can continue to buy diet after diet and it will never matter as long as you avoid making those inner changes.
JoLynn continues to be inspired by her clients who take action with the tools she gives them and she loves to see the amazing transformations they create in their lives – transformations that go far beyond the weight loss, which makes perfect sense since overweight is only a symptom – it’s the underlying lifestyle/thoughtstyle that created the problem that led to the overweight.
