So here’s the topic for the day, seriously, this is how it goes….it’s January 5 and before you know it it will be February 5 and then June 5 when you’ll be wishing you’d gotten with the program 5 months ago because now the 4th of July and swimsuit season is right around the corner. See how this goes? Believe me, I know this firsthand, which I’ll tell you about later… 😉
As it is though, Your Time Is NOW if you are seriously ready to get the weight off this year and Keep It Off. There is no “tomorrow I’ll do it”, or “I’ll do it when A, B, C is lined up” – your time is now, the time is now, and now is the time to get the weight off, have fun doing it, and keep it off!
Bikini Season….What??
