You’ll hear Tricia share that she had struggled with her weight a lifetime, over 30 years to be precise. She wasn’t necessarily overweight as a child but she struggled with overeating and inappropriate eating.
Tricia can relate to you if you feel like you’ve always been on a diet, since you were a kid! She felt the same way prior to meeting JoLynn and doing The Inner Self Diet.
Maybe also like you, Tricia has successfully lost weight in the past but she’d always gain it back, and end up even heavier than when she’d started dieting.
Tricia wanted to stop the yo-yo dieting and insanity but she had gotten to such a high weight, higher numbers than she’d ever expected, and she started to live in denial of how heavy she’d really gotten.
Denial Does Not Lead to Successful Weight Loss
Tricia had gotten so stuck that she did not even realize she was hiding behind her denial and hiding behind the fat. Today she can see this but back then when she was deep in the struggle and she had not done The Inner Self Diet yet, she couldn’t see her way clear of the struggle on her own.
Before JoLynn coached her through her weight loss coaching system Tricia was using food as a reward and as a treat. Good news is she’s not doing that now!

In the past Tricia had tried every diet out there. She’d lose 10 pounds and gain 20. She’d lose 20 pounds and gain 40. Because she’d struggled for so long she didn’t understand what struggle-free weight loss meant. It sounded like a foreign concept to her.
She Didn’t Understand Struggle-free Weight Loss
Tricia questioned struggle-free weight loss over and over again because it didn’t make sense to her. After all, “no pain no gain” is the motto for so many out there, right? She still didn’t understand it fully though until she experienced it.
The fact is, words don’t teach, only experience teaches.
You really can’t understand struggle-free weight loss through words. You CAN understand struggle-free weight loss once you are living it. This takes a lot of faith, just like Tricia speaks about in her video. You cannot rationalize your way to struggle-free weight loss. Logic won’t get you there either. What can get you there is The Inner Self Diet!

Don’t focus on techniques. Focus on the results you want. Focus on getting the confidence to lose weight and keep it off. Focus on shifting your mindset to shift the weight off of your body.
Also…. you must shift your beliefs to stop struggling with your weight. You need the right weight loss coaching to shift your beliefs. This isn’t a quick fix that can be delivered to you in two little steps. If that were the case then you wouldn’t still be struggling, does this make sense?
