Happy Thanksgiving to you!
My wish for you today is that you focus on the fun instead of the food – make today about all of those things that you can find to focus on to be grateful for – how many things can you find? This could be very interesting if you make a game out of it to find as many things you can that you are grateful for in your life.
If you’re game to do this today you’ve got someone else playing along with you – me! I’ll be driving over to my sister’s house, which is about a 2-hour drive and I’ll be finding everything that I possibly can find in my life to give thanks for.
I have a lot to be thankful for so those 2 hours will fly by but before I head out I want to say thanks to you for being a smart reader of Fearless Fat Loss. If you weren’t reading then I’d be talking to myself, which is ok 🙂 but I’m interested in giving you value to spark your inner light, help you feel great, and get on your own path to a healthy, fit lifestyle.
So have fun with gratitude today and become aware of just how many things you have in your life to be grateful for.
