News Flash: Weight Loss Is Easy. It’s not rocket science. Meaning that there are certain basic principles of the human body that if you just do them, will work and you will lose weight.
(You don’t need me to tell you this, you’ve already collected massive amounts of information about healthy diet and exercise…)
BUT…as you also already know, you must DO It.
If you’re not doing it then you are in struggle, and the only reason you have struggle is because you do not have a weight loss mindset.
All struggle lies only and ever on the inside of you. There is nothing and no one “out there” who can ever stop you from creating the body of your dreams.
What you must have, if you wish to drop the struggle, is an Inner Self that matches the body you desire to create on the outside.
When you have a weight loss mindset on the Inside then it’s easy for you to do the healthy weight loss steps on the outside to allow the fat to drop off.
When there’s no more struggle on the inside then there’s no more struggle on the outside. Why would there be? After all, if you could just DO what you already know how to do (heck, you probably know so much about nutrition and exercise that you could teach a class on it!) then what would possibly stop you from achieving the body of your dreams?
