When you calculate the date you can reach 25 pounds if you get in action mode today, you can calculate at 2 pounds per week. This will of course be based on your level of consistent action, whether or not you are following a healthy lifestyle plan (not a fad diet) and whether you have healed the root of any unhealthy eating behaviors.
