The Psychology of Weight Loss: Are You Eating In The Past?

You’ve probably never considered before if you are eating in the past, right? It might not even be clear what I mean by eating in the past but if you are eating in the past then you’re not losing weight and may even be gaining weight, unless you’re in the situation one of my weight loss coaching clients was in, which is not very common.

One of my weight loss coaching clients was in a good place in the past with her eating and her weight but then…. she got off track and no matter what she tried she couldn’t get back on track, until she met me and I coached her through my powerful step-by-step system, The Inner Self Diet.

The problem is when you don’t know how you got there, and when you get off track you don’t know how to get back. This is what had happened to my coaching client and then after she did my proven step in The Inner Self Diet she was not only back on track but back on track in a fully empowered way, with the steps of what to do if she ever strayed again.

I talk about this in episode #557 of The JoLynn Braley Show but it’s not even one of the three examples of eating in the past that I brought to the episode with me. The three examples of eating in the past you’ll hear me talk about are all examples that will stop you from losing weight and even cause you to gain weight. But actually, even my client’s example is an example that stops you from losing weight, because when you have the same experience as she did, you’re off track and can’t get back on and therefore aren’t losing weight.
