Good question! When I say Do THIS, I mean examine what you did and what you didn’t do over the past 7 days that led up to your 7-day weigh in. What I mean is, being completely honest with yourself, did you follow your healthy lifestyle plan to the letter meal to meal, or did you stray? If you did stray, when and where did you stray?
NOTE: this instruction is only for you if you are following a healthy eating plan that works for your body over time. This solution is not for you if you are trying to use a fad diet to lose 20 pounds in two weeks or if you have no structure, no healthy lifestyle habits, and you’re struggling to get started.
