Here’s what I can tell you: based on my experience, clean eating ends binge eating. This is my experience with clean eating at least, and there is a method to it of course. In other words, it’s not a free for all. 😉 With that being said I have no urge to binge eat junk food when I’m eating clean.

Will this work for you too? Well there are several components involved in eating clean. One clean eating meal isn’t enough. Consistency counts and you’ve gotta stack the deck in your favor in advance in order to have the easiest time of getting to your goal weight and staying there.

The thing is though, is that the mainstream diet industry never tells you the importance of your mindset in all of this and unfortunately, if your mindset is fat, then your eating behaviors will match. 🙁

That’s right, I’ve got good news and bad news for you.

The good news is…. changing your diet to whole healthy foods and letting go of the junky processed foods really can put a stop to your binge eating.

The bad news is ….. this requires change and it isn’t easy if you don’t have the right mindset for it.

But wait, there’s more good news! The good news is that once you get a weight loss mindset then it’s not a big deal to change your eating habits. Everything flows with ease when you have the mindset for it.

To answer the question can clean eating end your binge eating you first must decide if you truly want to stop binge eating. Some don’t believe it or not. Food is their comfort and food is their crutch. They don’t want to give up the way they use food in their life even though they don’t have a healthy relationship with food.

But if you firmly decide you want to stop binge eating, I believe you can. It all depends on you though.

I believe you can because I’ve had too many coaching clients since 2009 who have ended their binge eating, so why not you too?
