Is it really possible to eat cake and also lose weight? It is possible but it might not be in the way that you think.
For example, I’m not saying that you can eat store-bought cake for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and in front of the TV whenever you want and still lose weight. Nope, that is not what I mean.
But it actually is possible to eat cake and still lose weight if you plan ahead, you make it yourself, and you use portion control. It’s also possible that you could even eat store-bought cake and lose weight, if you do not have a sugar addiction or are struggling with emotional eating, binge-eating, or compulsive overeating.
