How She Stopped Binge Eating After 30 Years

1.) She was binge eating for over 30 years. You KNOW how to eat and healthy and exercise productively, but you aren’t DOING it. Why? Well that’s the question you ask yourself daily. You keep asking, “How can I be so smart and successful in my business life, but I just can’t stop overeating?!”. The answer is, your Mindset. Without a weight loss mindset, it doesn’t matter how much knowledge you have about living a healthy lifestyle. Your Inner Self programming will fight it.
2.) Physically she felt sick throughout most of the day. When you are out of control with your eating and you can’t stop overeating, binge eating, emotional eating, stuffing yourself, and more, it feels very frustrating because all of the analyzing you’ve done (and the diets!) cannot heal this problem. As you listen to the podcast you’ll understand why this is.
3.) She was not obese or overly overweight. I’ve coached several clients who were not obese but had just as much (if not more) inner frustration and struggle with themselves, their overeating behaviors, and their weight.
Just because someone is 50 pounds, 100 pounds or more overweight does not mean that they feel the struggle. Unfortunately many who are obese no longer have hope that they can be helped, and the power of your beliefs is stronger than you realize. You will always prove your beliefs right.
4.) She’s changed her eating behavior and it’s Been Easy. Holly states that she thought is would be impossible to be struggle-free with her eating but she dared to jump in (to The Inner Self Dietâ„¢) and do exactly what I told her to do. And, as a result, it was EASY for her to change her eating behaviors.
5.) There was no struggle or effort to clean up her eating habits. The steps of The Inner Self Dietâ„¢ took effort and the ease came from doing the proven steps of The Inner Self Dietâ„¢.
6.) You must do something different to get different Results. Very simple, and it’s Einstein’s definition of insanity!

7.) She enjoys taking care of herself. It’s fun! You have to take care of your body, you have to plan your food. When it’s struggle-free to do, it’s enjoyable!
