Your unhealthy behaviors can be magnified during the holiday season, but your unhealthy food obsessions, stress eating and overeating behaviors are not the fault of the holiday season.
It’s an ongoing problem you have that has never been healed. And, to tell you the truth (because I won’t tell you otherwise), it’s never going to get better by just doing another food diet or quick fix fast fat loss cure.
Until you take specific action to heal the root of your food abuse, emotional eating, binge eating, and food addictions, the problem will continue to grow and expand, along with your waistline! I share this not to scare you, but simply to state the facts. Food diets are food diets: They are not supposed to heal WHY you became an overeater in the first place. That’s not their job.
