Does it make sense that if you could just stop these unhealthy behaviors that then it would be struggle-free to lose weight? Because struggle-free weight loss is the absence of self-sabotage. Struggle-free weight loss means that you have gotten to the place where you enjoy living a healthy lifestyle and you don’t get in your own way anymore (no more self-sabotage).

But struggle-free weight loss is not possible without a weight loss mindset. If you are struggling to lose weight, if you know exactly what you must do to lose weight but you’re not doing it, then you do not have a weight loss mindset.

The good news is that once you get a weight loss mindset, then the darkness will part and the light will shine down on you. Besides that, you need a weight loss mindset to be able to take action easily with what I’ll share with you in this week’s free weight loss podcast!
