Well, the same can be said for YOU! Just how much do you like your own company? Or, are you constantly running away from yourself, drowning your dislike in the food, and trying to distract yourself at every turn so that you don’t have to pay any real attention to YOU? How does this make you feel, to be avoiding yourself at every turn? What about the results you see on your body?!
