Successful weight loss is about how you look at it or more specifically, it’s about your conscious choice to change how you look at things.
You see, many who are struggling with out-of-control eating, binge eating, emotional eating, and overweight, think that they are doomed to struggle. They think that they cannot change and therefore they look for reasons to fail. They are on a quest to find proof of why they don’t make the decision to change their mind, their body, and their life. They are on the quest to find excuses to keep failing.
What you can learn from these folks is what NOT to do! Instead you’ve gotta be looking for reasons why you CAN, reason why you can achieve permanent weight loss, and reason why you can change. If you allow yourself to move into the camp of excuse makers, blamers, and overweight victims who use the excuse that food, other people, and the government are at fault (and why they are fat) then you won’t be able to win with your weight.
So don’t do that! Don’t move into that land. Instead you can make the decision now to move out of your comfort zone and learn how to do things in a radically different way – the way the mainstream diet industry has never taught you (and never will). It all starts with healing your Inner Self. You’ve gotta heal your Inner Self because that is where 92.8% of the problem is. It’s also where 92.8% of the solution is. Heal your Inner Self and then the 7.2% of the problem (physical diet and exercise steps) will be a breeze.
