  4. Your emotional eating runs rampant.

  6. You feel the shame and disappointment in yourself for giving in to your out-of-control eating urges once again.
  7. Because you feel so bad, you eat more food to try to feel better, your weight goes up further, and the cycle continues.

I know this because I’ve personally been through this myself. Yep! I know how bad you feel about gaining all that weight and how you try to feel better by eating more of the same food that got you in the pickle you’re in. The constant excuse is “I’ll start over tomorrow” or “I’ll start again on Monday”, but then the weeks and months turn into years without real-world weight loss success.
