It’s a fact: The Inner Self Diet always works.
Sound unbelievable? Well, why is it a struggle for you to believe that YOU could have permanent weight loss?
Why is it a struggle for you to believe that YOU could end All of your struggles with food, overeating, emotional eating, binge eating [fill in the blank with any unhealthy behavior] and your overweight?
Does the grass struggle to grow? Does the sun struggle to rise? Do the seasons struggle to change? What about the fish. Do they struggle to swim?
Here’s something else: you must know at least one naturally slender person, whether that is someone you know personally or someone you are acquainted with. This could be a friend, a neighbor, a coach, or especially, a child.
This naturally slender person is someone who really enjoys living healthy and fit. A person who enjoys moving their body, getting regular exercise, and feeling good in their body.
This is a person who would never consider putting food in their mouth when their stomach is not hungry. This person stops eating when they are physically full. This person eats to live rather than living to eat.
I do understand how unbelievable this may sound, that YOU too, could become naturally slender. That you truly could end your emotional eating, compulsive overeating, binge eating, food addictions, food obsessions, yo-yo dieting, self-sabotage and more, but if others have done it, why not YOU? But let’s come back to the simple facts of this Universe: There is no struggle for the sun to shine, or the wind to blow, or the rain to fall. Then why is it that you must live in struggle with food and your weight? Aha – you don’t have to! And sure, it’s easier said than done, but after you get the help you need to heal The Root of WHY you became overweight and off track in the first place, THEN it will be easy to release the excess fat from your body and allow it to stay off.

There is only one thing you can control and that is your own mind, which means YOU can control your own thoughts and emotions. You cannot change the fact that you are viewed in a certain way because you are overweight. You can talk forever about it “not being fair” but that won’t change other people, and really, YOU aren’t happy with your weight anyway, which is what really matters: How YOU feel and think about YOU and your body.
