Reading about weight loss becoming easy can feel even more frustrating when you’ve been struggling to stop binge eating for over 30 years, when you’ve tried therapy for over 7 years to stop binge eating, and when you’ve tried everything under the sun to stop binge eating, lose weight, and keep it off, but nothing worked… it makes sense that you might reach a point where you feel rather hopeless about the whole thing, right? But what if you don’t give up and you find the binge eating solution that works? How cool would that be?!
One of my coaching clients used to be in that position. Holly had struggled for over 30 years with binge eating. Holly had been in therapy off and on for over 7 years and had tried everything to lose weight. Can you relate? The Binge Eating Solution That Works
The solution that solves binge eating isn’t a food diet or an exercise program. It’s the solution that heals the root of whatever it is that is driving your binge eating, food addiction, and out-of-control eating. Once the root of the unhealthy behavior is healed, then the behavior can be released. This means that you won’t binge eating anymore.
Are you getting this? Does it make sense that weight loss would become really easy once your binge eating behaviors are gone? Because, if you could stop binge eating, then how much LESS would you be eating? If you could stop binge eating, then you could stop gaining weight. Does it make sense that it’s your binge eating that is the biggest problem standing in the way of your weight loss? At the same time, it’s probably hard to believe that this problem really can be fixed, especially when no food diet or exercise plan has ever fixed your binge eating for you.
