3 Reasons The Inner Self Dietâ„¢ Will Never Work for You

1.) The Inner Self Dietâ„¢ will never work for you if you don’t DO it.

Yes! It’s very simple. How can anything give you Results when you don’t do the steps to get the Results?

I just finished recording a fantastic Total Success Call today with yet another inspiring client of mine, a graduate of The Inner Self Dietâ„¢. I asked Julie where she would be today if she had not made the decision for herself to take action and DO The Inner Self Dietâ„¢. Here’s what she said: “I’d still be in depression and fear and searching for another diet to do.”

However, since she made the decision for herself to take action, get enrolled in The Inner Self Dietâ„¢ to do the step-by-step proven system that it is, and do it now (she knew that waiting would never give her Results of struggle-free weight loss), today she is on top of the world. She gets out of bed each morning excited for the day. She’s already released 8 pounds of fat without any struggle!

She said that what’s so exciting about this is that those pounds are released (in other words, they aren’t lost! She is not going to go looking for them again!) and it was struggle-free. In the past she was doing mainstream food diets and she’d lose weight, only to gain it all back, plus some!

Right now you have an F.A.T. Mindset, a mindset filled with Fear Attracting Thoughts. Your mindset is a perfect match to your overweight body and your overweight behaviors.

That’s great! Because it means that once you change your mindset and get a weight loss mindset, then that mindset will be a match to the body of your dreams. And you’ll have a struggle-free time taking action to get it!

But since your mindset today is F.A.T. you continue to use all of your FEARS to stop you from getting the REAL solution to your ongoing overweight struggles. Unfortunately the same mindset that you’d like to change is stopping you from that change!

So what can you do about it? Take out a piece of paper and make a detailed list of ALL of the costs your ongoing struggles with food and weight are costing you in your life. You’ll be amazed at the negative impact your F.A.T. Mindset is having on your relationships, your finances, your spiritual connection, and of course your health and fitness!

How many times do you hold back in dating or relationships because of your lack of self-worth, your low self-confidence, and low self-esteem?

How often to you “put off until tomorrow” because you’re too afraid to take action?

What kind of work would you be doing right now if you had the confidence and belief in yourself to DO it?

What would your income be if you could move forward without fear and go for your dreams in your life?

How many doubts do you have about your life, your connection to Source energy, how this Universe really works, and of course, about your ability to lose weight and keep it off?

You see, your food and weight problems are pervasive, and they go much much deeper than your overeating. The Root of your issues must be healed in order for you to achieve permanent weight loss and the purpose of doing this written exercise to detail how much it’s costing you to keep living F.A.T. in your mind will help you to see that you MUST do something different. Radically different.

I continue to hear from my coaching clients just how different The Inner Self Dietâ„¢ really is.

3.) The Inner Self Dietâ„¢ will never work for you as long as you hang on to your skepticism and doubts.

I’ve had several clients tell me that before they enrolled and did The Inner Self Dietâ„¢ that they were skeptical that THEY could really get permanent weight loss. They were skeptical that THEY could feel as good as my clients I worked with before them.

They were skeptical that THEY could lose their weight struggle-free just like Dave, who lost 90 pounds without struggle, and Lisa, who lost 50 pounds without struggle, and Barb who released 50 pounds without struggle. These are just a few of the struggle-free successes, some clients dropping less than 50 pounds because they were not 50 (or even 40) pounds overweight to begin with.

In fact some of my clients have been in just as much struggle (prior to working with me) with 10 or 15 pounds of overweight! So struggle-free weight loss is not only for those who are a certain percentage overweight.

What’s interesting though, is that even though some of my clients had previously heard that The Inner Self Dietâ„¢ would give them:

  • Release from their inner battles – their ongoing struggle between the part of themselves that wanted to lose weight and the part that fought it by overeating and stuffing.
  • The end of their weight loss self-sabotage.
  • Struggle-free weight loss!
  • Inner peace.
  • The outcome of feeling good in their own skin.
  • Total self-acceptance.
  • Happiness!! Finally!!
  • No more stress eating.
  • The body they’d always wanted.
  • Struggle-free action to live a healthy, fit lifestyle.
  • A healthy relationship with food.
  • A healthy relationship with their body.
  • Eating only when hungry, stopping when full.
  • Permanent weight loss.
  • The end of the yo-yo syndrome.
  • No more hamster wheel Googling for “how to lose weight”!
  • Never again saying “I can’t stop eating! But I want to lose weight!!”
  • No More Excuses.

Even though they had heard me talk about all of the above benefits, and more (this is only a partial list of benefits since when you change your MINDSET that transformation infiltrates every single area of your life!) they still were skeptical that they could have these results for themselves!

Almost always that is because you do not believe in yourself, which is another important transformation that must occur in order to achieve permanent weight loss, without struggle.

Therefore, you must go back to the exercise listed in number two above, complete that fully (it might take you 30 minutes or more), do that pen on paper (highly important!) so that you can really see what your F.A.T. Mindset is costing you today. It’s your mindset that is keeping you overweight and causing all of your struggles with food and your body.

Change your mindset and change your life! But note: Positive thinking or affirmations are never enough to give you the mindset that comes from The Inner Self Dietâ„¢.

A true and solid weight loss mindset must spring forth from a foundation built after the Root of your lifelong struggles has been solved. This is critical to your lasting success with your weight.

Will The Inner Self Dietâ„¢ Work for YOU?

Yes, of course it will, as long as you are human, you have a brain, you have your own mind, you have a body, you are decisive, and you are willing to be mentored and coached. You must take action though. Permanent weight loss is not going to fall into your lap.

No, I’m not being sarcastic with my above answer. It’s the truth. As long as you have the basics  listed above (hey, if you’re a cat instead of a human and you’re reading this then wow, I want to talk to you!!) then of course The Inner Self Dietâ„¢ will work for you.
