How you know the state of your mindset is whether you are taking action to eat from the space of love or the space of fear.
The space of fear is rooted in an F.A.T. mindset and that mindset is an ideal match to an overweight body and overeating behaviors.
To get out of that spiral of self-sabotage (also a match to an F.A.T. Mindset) you must replace your Fear Attracting Thoughts with a weight loss mindset.
A weight loss mindset does not move you to sabotage yourself. Just imagine, what would THAT be like? To be free of that endless cycle of ups and downs with your weight, because you’d no longer be engaging in self-sabotage!
To take a first step towards freedom from self-sabotage so that you can move into the space of love rather than fear, grab my FREE 5-day E-course now!
It’s a small step in the right direction. In my in-depth e-course you’ll discover what’s really been holding you back from losing weight for good, and what you can do about it!
This is very helpful. Sometimes criticisms from other people would tend to strain you from your goal of losing weight but if you self-motivate, this is a very effective way to go! Thanks for the tip.
Hi, and thanks for your comments. That is true that some people do take criticism from others personally and then derail from their weight loss goals. This exercise though, is about loving and supporting yourself out of self-sabotage, getting that sabotaging side of yourself “on your side”. 😉
jolynn, this is a great series. i particularly like this instalment. the older i get, the more i become aware of how very, very important it is to have support. including self-support. great work.
Hi Isabella!
Thank you so much for giving me your feedback, I’m really happy to know that these exercises are coming across in a helpful, positive way like they are intended. 🙂
Your comment reminds me of a the beginning of a show I listened to yesterday on http://www.hayhouseradio.com. It’s in the archives (it’s free to sign up to listen to them), under the Dear Venus show (Venus Andrecht), titled, “The House Ants and My Mother”. She talks about getting older and getting support from others, and does it in quite a humorous way. I love Hay House radio, very positive, inspirational, and intuitive. 🙂
