Stop flaking out on yourself whenever you tell yourself “Monday will be The Day” or “January first will finally be My Time to lose weight!” when NOW is the only time you have. Now is the only place you have power. Stop losing your power by telling yourself later, someday, one day. Keep your word to yourself now and do the right thing for yourself.

Have you ever considered that if you’re not willing to stick with your word now, then why will tomorrow be any different? And if you don’t stick with your word now, then how will tomorrow BE any different when it comes to the weight loss you seek?

Weight loss takes time. Weight loss is only created by sticking with your word meal after meal after meal after meal. But how do you do this when it feels like you don’t have any motivation to lose weight?

It all starts with a decision. You must decide that you are worth the effort to get moving and keep moving, step by step by step. Meal after meal after meal.

If you decide that you are worth it then motivation can come once you take action to get moving. Don’t wait for weight loss motivation to strike you like a lightning bolt before you get moving, you’ll be waiting a lifetime for that! Instead, the decision to act is what will get you moving and if you keep your word to yourself then you will do the right thing for yourself.

The right thing is to do whatever it takes to get healthy in mind and in body. You cannot ignore your mind for if you do you’re pretty much setting yourself up to fail.

The mind leads the body, always. Set your mind on the right track by making the decision to do so and then put one foot in front of the other to keep moving towards your goal weight. Do the right thing by getting a weight loss mindset for yourself which will make the motivation flow and make the weight start coming off left and right. But this takes action.

Don’t expect miraculous results just from reading these words. You must take action to create a weight loss mindset to make it easy to stick with your word and get moving towards your goal weight. If you want to make the mindset easy then simply follow a proven system that’s all laid out in front of you, already put together, so all you need to do is do it.
