Daily Weight Loss Motivation Day Sixteen | JoLynn BraleyLife will never be perfect and you cannot allow this fact to stop you from reaching your weight loss and fitness goals. But when you are lacking the weight loss motivation you require to get moving and stay moving, then the last thing on your mind is to keep moving forward in the direction of your goal weight.

Daily Weight Loss Motivation: Keep Moving Forward [Day Sixteen]

When you don’t have motivation then your mind is consumed with negative thoughts like, “What can I eat now?” and “What can I eat next?” and “I better eat it all before Monday comes!”.

None of these thoughts will get you closer to your goal weight unfortunately, because each of these thoughts will motivate the overeating that packs on the pounds, which is the opposite result of the weight loss you want. But you can’t allow yourself to stay stuck in this. You must keep moving forward in a positive direction towards your healthiest goal weight.

This will be extremely difficult to do (if not impossible) if you don’t change your mind. THIS is what most are ignoring: their mindset. They are trying to force themselves to get motivated to lose weight when their mindset is cluttered with Fat Thinking.

Fat Thoughts hold you back and do not allow you to keep moving forward. Well… that’s not true: your fat thoughts keep you moving forward but not towards your goal weight. Instead you keep moving forward very easily towards more binge eating, more emotional eating, and more weight gain.

All of the results you Don’t Want.

So what’s the answer to all of this? How do you get motivated to lose weight once and for all?

You must change your MIND. Your mind motivates your emotions and your emotions inspire your behaviors.

Fat thinking equals fat behaviors.

Thin thinking inspires thin behaviors.

Fat Thinking looks like:

  • I’ll never lose weight
  • I’m doomed to be fat
  • No one can help me
  • I don’t deserve help
  • Nothing works for me
  • Whoa is me, let’s eat more ice cream
  • It doesn’t matter, nobody cares anyway (FYI: YOU are the one who needs to care about yourself and get the coaching you need to change)

Thin Thinking looks like:

  • I love cooking healthy meals for myself
  • I feel great when I take the time daily to feed my mind with the positive
  • My mindset is making weight loss so easy (FYI: this is not just a thought but a reality, once you get the steps to get the mindset)
  • I love my daily walk
  • I love moving my body
  • I prefer healthy food over fake food
  • I love my body
  • I love myself
  • It’s only a matter of time until I’m at my goal weight
  • It’s easy for me to keep moving forward I’m almost at my goal weight (yay!)
  • I have so much fun living a healthy lifestyle
  • I’m so happy I got my Mind on the right track – everything is easier for me now

The difference between the fat mindset and the thin mindset is literally the right action to get the right steps that work. The right steps to get a weight loss mindset. That’s the only difference between weight loss failure and weight loss success. Weight loss success comes from getting the right mindset.

It’s easy to keep moving forward step by step towards your goal weight with ease once you have your mind on the right track. This is the whole key.

Additionally, weight loss motivation is not an issue once you get the right mindset.

If you want the fast track to a weight loss mindset, which will solve your problems of:

  • Overeating
  • Motivation
  • Weight loss

then the fastest way to get the right mindset is with a) accountability and b) the right step-by-step proven system and c) the right coach to walk you through all of it so that you break through your personal, hidden roadblocks that are stopping you now.
