Here’s the thing: one of the Universal Laws that all of us live under is “You cannot enjoy the outcome to a journey you despise”. Here’s an example related to weight loss:

If you hate eating healthy, if you hate your body, and if you hate all the things you need to do to lose weight, then even if you can get to your goal weight, you won’t be able to maintain it.

Why? Because your when your weight loss journey is so horrible then Universal Law dictates that you won’t be happy at the end of the journey. What most don’t realize is that none of us can change Universal Laws, you either learn how to work with them or you will continue to suffer under them.

The best thing to do if you want to lose weight and keep it off is do everything you can to enjoy your weight loss journey because then you will have Universal Law working on your side.

If you make weight loss a game then does it make sense that you can have fun while on the way to your goal weight? And, if you make weight loss a game and have fun along the way, then you will be in alignment with Universal Law, which is the best thing you can do for yourself!

This is the best thing you can do for yourself IF you want to lose weight, and keep it off. If, on the other hand, you are OK with the frustration, disappointment, and torture of yo-yo dieting, regaining back all the weight you lost over and over again, then you don’t need to make any changes at all to what you’re already doing.

But if you want to stop this struggle, end the cycle of self-sabotaging eating behaviors, and get to your goal weight for good, then a small step you can take is to turn weight loss into a game. This will be effortless if you have a weight loss mindset, which is 92.8% of what makes weight loss struggle-free.
