It’s Not Too Late for Your New Year Resolution to Lose Weightweight loss scale

Here we are nearing the end of January and if your New Year Resolution to Lose Weight has lost its oomph, don’t worry, you’re not alone.

The truth is, most women struggling with binge eating, emotional eating, and yo-yo dieting don’t find success by making a new year resolution to lose weight. They need more than a statement to “just do it” to lose weight because it’s a new year on the calendar.

It’s Not Too Late for Your New Year Resolution to Lose Weight

I titled this article “it’s not too late for your new year resolution to lose weight” because… it’s not too late! What I mean is, we still have more than 11 months left in the year, so if you faltered on your resolution to lose weight, you still have time to get that weight off…. as long as you get in motion now.

The thing is though, it will help to go about things a little differently than you started off with the new year. For example, did you plan out your weight loss before you jumped into action on January 1st?

Did you plan, track, and reflect on your goals?

Did you set up not only your weight loss goals overall but did you also break them down?

Did you really get in there with yourself and put pen to paper distraction-free and go through a series of weight loss planning steps laid out for you professionally, so that you’d really gear yourself up for success this year?

You Still Have Time

If you didn’t do all of these things (and a few more empowering steps), you still have time and I can help. I’m almost done with the new resource I’ve been creating and when you use it you can really plan to succeed, just like that saying goes (have you heard it?)… if you fail to plan, you plan to fail.

On the flip side, if you plan to succeed, you can! Make sure you’re on my email list so that you’ll know as soon as I have the resource ready for you. Join my email list here for free so you don’t miss out.
