At 2:30pm EST today I’ll be interviewed live on the Michelle and Kim show again. In case you didn’t catch my first post about this, it’s a live internet radio show broadcast on Planetary Streams.
I was on their show two weeks ago after my bloggy friend Michelle invited me to be a guest on the show and I had a blast. They invited me back and I’m looking forward to another fun time talking about weight loss and fitness.

How to Listen Live
To tune in and listen to me live today just go to Planetary Streams at 2pm EST (I’ll be on at approximately 2:30pm EST) and you will see the Michelle and Kim show on the home page (look on the right hand side). You can listen online by clicking on the blue “Listen Live” button and there will also be a phone number listed if you would like to call in and ask questions.
The last time I was on Planetary Streams with Michelle and Kim they didn’t have time for questions but we’ll see if it works out this time. Either way you can still listen in live, so come on over!
How to Listen to the Replay
If you’re reading this and it’s past the live showtime, you can listen to the replay. Here’s how to do that:
- Find the Michelle and Kim show on the full Planetary Streams schedule (the times listed are MST).
- Find the times for their replays and go to the Planetary Streams homepage at that time and you’ll see the Michelle and Kim show displayed on the right side of the page. Click on the blue “Listen Live” button and you’ll hear me halfway through the broadcast.
