Sometimes thirst can masquerade as hunger. Make sure you’re drinking enough water throughout the day to stay properly hydrated.

3. Plan ahead:

Create a healthy meal plan for the week, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This will give you a roadmap for healthy eating during the week, and make it less likely that you’ll feel the need to graze at night.

4. Get enough sleep:

Lack of sleep can increase cravings for unhealthy foods. Aim for 7-9 hours of sleep per night to help keep your cravings under control.

5. Find alternative coping mechanisms:

Instead of turning to food when you’re stressed or anxious, try exercising, meditating, or talking to a friend. These alternatives will help you manage stress in a healthier way.
