Have you ever noticed your results when it seems that nothing is working? Could it be possible that the reason things aren’t working, is because you aren’t working?

Yep, it’s true! Nothing is going to change for you if you don’t do the work and the most important work is the work to change your Inner Self Foundation, which is 92.8% of what is stopping your weight loss right now.
When you don’t have your Inner Self in alignment with the weight loss you say you want, then your behaviors will not match the body you say you want.
Simply put: when you’re fat in your head, which means your thinking is fat, and your emotional state is fat, then your behaviors will be fat, and your body will match! See how that flows? It ALL begins with fat thinking, which leads to fat emotions (shame, fear, self-doubt, insecurity) and the fat behaviors all match up (binge eating, emotional eating, out-of-control mindless eating) which all flows into the results on the body.
The Good News is when you gain the Inner Self Tools to flush the fat out of your head, flush the fat out of your emotional state, then your behaviors will become thin behaviors and over time your body will match.
