My experience with day one eating clean.

You know when you keep saying you want to lose weight but you’re constantly putting it off until tomorrow? Have you ever noticed that tomorrow never comes? Have you also noticed that today is the day that you told yourself yesterday would be the tomorrow that you’d finally change how you eat and start losing weight?

If you’re stuck in the rut that I’ve been stuck in before, I understand!

In my experience. “tomorrow” led to a whole lotta weight gain and frustration because every day it was always “tomorrow”. Tomorrowland just doesn’t yield real-life results of weight loss and fat loss. What Tomorrowland does give you is a deeper trench of addiction to the food that packs on the pounds, slows your metabolism, and blows a big ‘ole hole in your ability to focus and function at your peak.

You’re fully aware that it’s best to get off of all of those highly processed, chemically laden foods, you know that all of that gunk only slows your metabolism to a craaawwwl, but there you are, struggling to make it through just one day without the gunk.
