In episode #331 I shared what the Critical Zone is and why three days of eating clean are so important, especially if you’re addicted to processed food, which I understand completely. Processed food is easy to stay addicted to as long as you keep eating it. It can turn into a vicious cycle of overeating and poor food choices that never end.

And what results do you get from a lifestyle of eating processed food? Have you noticed you don’t lose weight eating like that, but instead, it’s very easy to gain weight? I noticed the same thing.

When you can get through the critical zone however, then it will become easier and easier to stay off of the processed food and release your addiction to food, while releasing the excess weight.
