In this week’s free weight loss podcast I’ll start by sharing a very common example of a cycle that hundred of thousands (maybe millions) are caught up and stuck in right now. The biggest problem though, is that those same hundreds of thousands (or maybe millions) are missing the mark every time they try to break free of their out-of-control overeating.

Each time they try to stop emotional eating, stop binge eating, and stop just plain overeating, they use the mainstream diet approach and start that new food diet on Monday.

The problem with this is it never lasts long term because it doesn’t break the cycle. This approach can even make the cycle worse.
