The good news is I’m not binge eating even though my most beloved cat died. The really bad news is that my most beautiful awesome coolest cat Little Paw left her body on September 12, 2017. But Little Paw always did (and does) rock and she wouldn’t want me to be stuffing my face with all kinds of junk and making my body fat and ill so…. in today’s podcast I’ll be sharing specifically WHY I’m not binge eating even though my most beloved cat died.

I would have been stuffing myself with Chinese take out from across the street, Diet Coke from CVS, half gallons of different flavors of ice cream from the grocery store, potato chips, and all kinds of other junk food. So why is it that I’m not binge eating like this now during this most horrible time of my most beautiful, most awesome, coolest connection cat leaving her little fur body?
