What Is Struggle-Free Weight Loss?

In otther words, struggle-free weight loss means that you’re not fighting yourself, you actually want to live a healthy lifestyle and you’re doing it.
Weight loss and weight maintenance is just No Big Deal once you have the Inner Self that will give you this result.
What about your weight loss momentum: is it helping or hurting? Specifically, is your weight loss momentum helping you to easily lose weight, or is it easily moving you towards weight GAIN?
The fact is, you always have momentum flowing. It’s just a matter of which outcome you have your momentum flowing towards. Have you created positive, healthy momentum that is moving you towards your ideal body struggle-free, OR are you stuck in negative, unhealthy momentum that is keeping you stuck in binge eating, yo-yo dieting, and emotional eating?
For most, their momentum is flowing towards more overeating and more overweight. Their momentum is flowing towards their comfort zone of emotional eating, binge eating, and their feelings of hopelessness and depression about their weight.
For most of the millions of overweight and obese who are struggling to lose weight, they have momentum that is carrying them consistently towards the struggle. You Do Not Have to Stay In Their Camp Though! You can choose to opt out at any time.
