In this week’s episode of The JoLynn Braley Show I share the real truth about secret binge eating. But first, I share how to fix the REAL Problem that has made your body fat.

The Real Problem is what drives your binge eating. The Real Problem is what must be addressed, healed, and released if you want to stop struggling with food and your weight.
If you want to lose weight and keep it off then the real problem must be fixed. What most are doing is they are trying to put a band aid on a symptom. The symptoms you have are the extra fat on your body and your out-of-control eating behaviors. These are only symptoms of the Real Problem.
Achieving permanent weight loss (which requires healing the root of your disordered eating) hinges on healing what is 92.8% of the problem, and that problem is all about your inner world. Your inner world includes your thoughts, beliefs, and repetitive mantras you keep going in your mind.
Change what’s holding you back and then you’ll begin to make struggle-free progress living a healthy lifestyle so that you’ll be able to lose weight and keep it off. And that’s what you really want, isn’t it?
