Do Not listen to this episode if you are comfortable in your comfort zone. Keep in mind though, that if you are serious about achieving permanent weight loss, then you’ll have to leave your comfort zone and in order to leave you comfort zone, it starts with Getting REAL with yourself.

One of the challenges of disordered eating is a constant putting off change until “tomorrow” or until “Monday”, but this kind of thinking leads to years of ongoing emotional eating, binge eating, and delusional thinking while the overweight struggler continues to tell herself that she’s “working on change”, when the truth is nothing is changing.

It takes stopping and evaluating one’s results with a willingness to Get REAL with oneself so that you can break free of the habit of avoidance and wishful thinking that keeps you stuck in your comfort zone of out-of-control eating and overweight. Getting Real is a fantastic first step and it’s necessary in order to get New Results, results of struggle-free weight loss.

One does need to have a proven step-by-step daily system to follow to break free of the mindset that holds you in your comfort zone but first you would need to be willing to get completely honest with yourself to take stock of where you’re at vs where you really want to be.

Achieving permanent weight loss requires healing the root of your disordered eating. To accomplish this you’ll want to heal what is 92.8% of the problem, and that problem is all about your inner world, your mindset. Your inner world is made up of your thoughts, beliefs, and repetitive mantras you keep running in your head, consciously or unconsciously. All of these things are either leading you currently towards your ideal body with ease, or they are leading you towards more struggle, more overeating, and sustained overweight.

Change your mindset, change your inner world, and then you’ll begin to make struggle-free progress with losing weight and keeping it off. Continue with your current mindset that holds you in your comfort zone, and you already know what kind of results to expect from that.
