There’s no time to waste: what you are doing NOW determines what you weigh tomorrow. If you want to lose weight and keep it then answer this question: what are you doing NOW to lose weight and keep it off? If you’re not doing anything, then how will you get the weight loss results you want?
Actually, it’s impossible to do nothing and if you’re living in struggle with food and your weight then it’s most likely that what you ARE doing are the common, unhealthy behaviors that hold your body fat. Unhealthy behaviors like yo-yo dieting, binge eating and emotional eating. Sure, you’re definitely not alone in your struggles with these unhealthy eating behaviors, millions are out there struggling right along with you right now, but those behaviors aren’t going to give you the lasting results with your weight that you want.
And hey, I know exactly what it’s like to struggle with overeating and overweight. I’ve been there, done that! But until I broke free of those behaviors, I didn’t get any solid results with my weight.
