I totally get it that when you’re struggling with binge eating, food addiction, emotional eating, overweight and compulsive overeating, that it’s super easy to keep telling yourself “I’ll change on Monday”. Hey, I did that for years! But it didn’t get me anywhere except adding on more pounds, more struggle, more frustration, and more pain. So really, you have to reach a point where you ask yourself… “When WILL be the right time to lose weight for good?”. An even better question is “When will it be the right time to Get Help to lose weight for good?”!
How do you know you need help? Well, just look at your results. The thing is…if you could achieve struggle-free weight loss on your own and keep it off, then why would you be spending your valuable time reading these words on this page? Make sense? Besides that, everyone has blind spots, and since they are blind spots, you cannot see them yourself.
So hey, it makes sense why you haven’t been able to bust through the struggle on your own, doesn’t it. Just because you cannot see your own blind spots! This is why working with the right coach who has the proven system to help you break free of your eating disorders can get you to the other side in the least amount of time possible.
