I bet you’ve never considered asking yourself the question, “Which fears are you eating?”, especially if you’ve been brainwashed by the mainstream diet industry to think that all you need is a new food diet to start again on Monday. Hey, millions upon millions of folks are struggling with the same mistaken information so more than likely you’ve never thought that you might be trying to eat your fears. But when you look at this from the viewpoint of emotional eating, then when you look at which fear you could be eating makes more sense.
Why? Because fear is a heavy, fat, negative emotion and it’s just one of the emotions that emotional eaters eat to try to avoid.
Does this make sense?
Unhealthy behaviors like yo-yo dieting, binge eating and emotional eating. Sure, you’re definitely not alone in your struggles with these unhealthy eating behaviors, millions are out there struggling right along with you right now, but those behaviors aren’t going to give you the lasting results with your weight that you want.
And hey, I know exactly what it’s like to struggle with overeating and overweight. I’ve been there, done that! But until I broke free of those behaviors, I didn’t get any solid results with my weight.
Which FEARS Are You Eating?
Grab pen and paper and answer the one thought shift delivered in the form of a question. First, write the question down and then write your answer to the question.
