So yeah, I’ve been in that place of eating and overeating all kinds of fake, poisonous, processed foods.

I was addicted to those processed foods and I felt NO motivation to lose weight. I was eating frozen dinners filled with additives, preservatives, MSG (to enhance the taste and keep you coming back for more!), high fructose corn syrup, very little protein, and all kinds of other junky ingredients to make that “food” even more addictive.

Of course I was eating the processed highly addictive cookies, ice cream, pies, cakes, candy, anything I wanted to eat because I had NO motivation to lose weight anyway so I just kept on stuffing myself.

That junky food made me fat and also gave me zero motivation to lose weight. On top of that, that highly addictive processed food also gave me brain fog, zapped my energy, and just made me feel overall horrible both physically and emotionally.

I Also Had a Fat Mindset

Additionally my negative mindset was making me feel stuck. To be honest, I had a Fat Mindset.

A fat mindset is a mindset filled with fat thoughts, fat thinking, and fat beliefs.

FAT = Fear Attracting Thoughts.

A fat mindset is a negative go-nowhere mindset that motivates overeating, binge eating, emotional eating, and   more.

A fat mindset does not provide any weight loss motivation, that’s for sure!

But what came first? Eating that crappy food or my negative mindset?

The Chicken or The Egg?

A big problem here is that the fat thinking in that negative mindset matches the types of foods you choose to eat as well as the quantities you eat. It’s a viscous, never-ending cycle unless you take action to short-circuit it and step out of it.

It can also appear that the food is the biggest problem and that this is the only thing you must change. However what happens is the worse you feel about yourself and the more weight you gain and the longer this goes on then you end up negatively impacting your self-esteem and self-confidence.

What happens next is you doubt that you really can change your eating habits, and your self-doubt holds you stuck in a loop of negative thinking, followed by negative emotion, followed by unhealthy eating behaviors.
