Stop Collecting – Take Action Instead

I’ve seen this problem over and over again with my weight loss coaching clients since I’ve been professionally coaching since 2009: they have a lot of trouble following through with consistent action in the beginning. With my help they end up changing this, which is good! Because if they didn’t get going and get consistent, they’d never had gotten the weight loss results that they got.
You see, action, consistent action, is a requirement for any kind of results you wish to achieve in your life.
Whether you want results with:
- Weight loss
- Making new friends
- A romantic relationship
- Your career
- Getting your degree
- Saving money
Each of these outcomes require consistent action. For example, you can’t expect to go on One Date and then be in a committed relationship.
But OH!!! Many DO think exactly this! And they are the same ones who are expecting instant weight loss also.
